TM4C129XNCZAD: HOW TO GET TIME FROM SNTP SERVER

hi 

I am trying to get time from the sntp server.

Issue faced:

1)not sure how to get the ip address in network format from the time server name

2) i used a code from cc3200 to get the ip address in network format and using that ip address directly now. but once request is sent successfully to server the response buffer is blank.

eg: i got the ip value as : time-c.nist.gov = 2164657950 l

Can anyone suggest

I am using DKTM4C129X dev board
