TMS570LC4357: Is there any sample code or steps to followed for writing data and reading data through SD card reader

Hi ,

Could you tell me whether the TMS570LC43 uses SDIO or SPI to communicate with sd card reader . If so , I have to use only booster pack from TI to integrate or I can use normal SD card reader (SDIO or SPI interface) from local market to integrate. And Kindly post some sample code of SD card read/write , since I am new to interface the SD card in TI.
