Download "Hercules Safety MCU Demos" still possible?

Hi!

I followed the instructions of a Quick Start Guide (Hercules TMS570LS04x/03x LaunchPad). When I came to

section "4. Hercules Safety MCU Demos" I tried to download the related software, etc.

But the only stuff I could find was here: www.ti.com/.../hercules_safety_mcu_demos

... and the info that it's NOT AVAILABLE anymore?

Sorry that I'm a bit confused: the status is stated ACTIVE, but it's not possible to download anything?!

Hello Robert,

Unfortunately, I don't know why the download link was removed and I need to investigate. I will get back with you when I have an answer.

Hello Robert,

I did some digging on this and the download button will be restored within the next 24hour cycle (time lag for server updates). In the meantime, the demo is directly accessible through this link: www.ti.com/.../SPNC034

thanks a lot for your fast and very helpful efforts!

Both worked/works fine, the link you sent me as well as the "reactivated" download button.

Finally, I can enjoy to play with the demos now:-).

Great to hear, Robert! Please note that there is a known issue with the demo in that it sometimes does not recognize that the application is already flashed into the device and you have to reprogram it prior to running the Demo. We understand that this is exists and is inconvenient and we will address it as soon as we are able to allocate the proper resources to it.
