hi sir,
i am using TMS470MF06607 microcontroller in my custom board.
now i am facing some problem in my custom board. my controller is wake up some time & some times it's not wake up properly.
i am flashing the same program in my launchpad & my custom board also. in my launchpad i did not facing this issue. so i thought it's not an software issue.
i designed my custom board also similarly like launchpad only.
here in this mail i attached the image of my custom board power section & micro section .
can you please tell me some valuable suggestion to me.
1) i thought my software configurations are correct. because the same software was not gave any issue in my launchpad side. if any possiblities are there means can you please tell me where i want to do the changes in my software side.(tell me little bit briefly).
2) in my board i am using the micro USB also. i get the 5v from there and gave it to my power ic ( convert 5v to 3.3v).
what i tried in my power ic section: i change the C58 capacitor value to 10uf also.then also same issue is there. (according to my custom board).
when ever my micro is not wake up also my power ic gave me 3.3v properly. so i thought my power ic section working properly. (from the out put pin i got 3.3v properly).
.3) in my micro section i had a doubt on my RST pin . because if RST pin is properly working means my micro should wake up at every time properly.
what i tried in my micro section : i change that RST PIN (pin : 98) capacitor values (C34). i tried with 2uf, 10uf, 1uf, 100pf. i tried with these capacitor but then also wake up issue is still there. ()
i changed my RST PIN:98 resistor values 1k & 10K . but still issue is same.
(what ever the capacitor & resistor name i mentioed here all are according to my custom board)
here i mentioned what ever the methods i tried in my custom board. but i can not find the solution for this wake up issue.
once my micro contoller wake up means , if i keep on doing ON/ OFF operation means it's wake up properly . but once it's not wake up properly means then i want to wait minimum 20-25 sec. after 25 sec if i ON my board means it's ON properly. i can not understand this issue.
any one can you please suggest me some valuable suggestions. because i need the solution immediately. if any one know the proper solution for this means please suggest it to me immediately.
