WEBENCH®︎ Tools/RM46L852: Error with ZWT .bxl file using Ultra Librarian

Part Number: RM46L852

Tool/software: WEBENCHRegistered Design Tools

When using Ultra Librarian to export the .bxl file to Altium Designer, I get the error below for the ZWT file. Am I doing something wrong? I believe I am following the instructions correctly as I do not get an error when exporting the PGE .bxl file. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Pad style "EX13p78Y13p78D0T" is a complex style and will be skipped.
Footprint "ZWT337" requires pad style "EX13p78Y13p78D0T" and will be skipped.
Component "RM46L852_ZWT_337" requires footprint "ZWT337" and will be skipped.

  • Hello Christian,

This an issue with the Ultra Librarian generated file being used with Altium Designer for this specific ZWT package. I will contact our WEBENCH support to see if there is any resolution.

  • Hello Christian,

I contacted the team responsible for Ultra Librarian support and they are prioritizing recreation of the .bxl file for RM46 in order to correct the issue you have noted. As soon as the file is available, I'll post it here or provide a link to it.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.
  • Thanks! I appreciate the support.

  • Hello Christian,

The BXL file issue is still in process of being repaired, but, in the mean time, I have attached an Altium footprint of the ZWT pacakge. I believe, based on the naming that it has all 361 pads populated in the pad stack. The Hercules device, having only 337 pads, is a subset of the 361 pad stack. I've also included a drawing of the 337 pad layout. Hopefully this is able to get you moving on your project since I don't know when the BXL file update will be completed.
