What is the function of pin 12 on the XDS100V2 debugger?
The wiki and other documents all agree that pin 12 should be ground http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/JTAG_Connectors#TI_14-pin_Header_Information
But the device I ordered has pin 12 blocked. You can see this in the photo on the product page: http://www.ti.com/tool/TMDSEMU100V2U-14T
Should this pin be described and NC?
