I have a number of boards of a previous design that suffered from the known issues with the LM3S9B90 parts. I am looking to repair these boards by replacing the failed CPU's, but am struggling to source parts at reasonable costs (even Chinese suppliers with old rev parts are very expensive). Do any of you know of any old designs that used these parts, where the old boards could be sourced at a reasonable cost for salvaging the CPU ?
I do realise that the old Stellaris parts suffered from inherent design issues with the Flash, but just need to get these boards running for as long as possible.
