EK-TM4C123GXL: Problems encountered while connecting the TIVA board to Windows 10

Part Number: EK-TM4C123GXL

Hello!

I am currently using Windows10 (x64) and when I connected the TIVA Board to the PC, it did not get the recognised as the Stellaris drivers were not installed. I went through the guide on how to install the drivers. The PDF read that under the category of other devices, It is supposed to have 3 In-Circuit Debug interface. (shown in fig 1).

But as I began the installation process, I found only 2 In-Circuit Debug Interface.( as shown in figure 2). I continued with the installation process and installed the drivers by extracting them ( I found the Stellaris drivers in http://www.ti.com/tool/stellaris_icdi_drivers

Stellaris ICDI DFU Device and Stellaris ICDI JTAG/SWD Interface is seen ( shown in fig 3)

Fig 1: As read in PDF

Fig 2 : The problem encountered

Fig 3 : Stellaris visual port is missing.

I request you to kindly solve the issue. It would be of great help.

Thank you.
