TM4C1290NCPDT: Which SRAM and SDRAM we use with TM4C1290NCPDT using EPI

I will let others suggest part numbers, but I suggest you review section 11 of the TivaWare Peripheral Driver Library for the functions to configure the EPI.

For this to serve as (really) "YOUR" project - should you not be FAR MORE (i.e. somewhat) involved in the: "Search, Selection and Configuration" of an appropriate memory device? 

Minus that focused effort - by you - how can "someone's past provided project" (properly & factually) be considered, "YOUR" project? 

Is not that time & effort investment in the discovery of a "suitable memory device" - very much a key/critical part - of  "YOUR" project?

Again - vendor has guided you to the MCU's data.      

After your (serious) read/review - don't "you" benefit from investigating the selection criteria for "SRAM and SDRAM?"    

That investigation - and resultant learning/understanding - should be an important "part" of  "your" project" - should they not?
