TM4C123GH6PM: My laptop can not recognize the Tivac

My friend - while "feeling your pain" - many more facts are needed to correct your issue.    A few follow:

• yours is the MCU resident upon the LaunchPad - is that your case?
• which version of Windows is used?
• have you downloaded the required files which enable TM4C detection via a PC?

There is an excellent "Search Facility" (top line of this forum) which reveals (many) w/your issue.    

In addition - the (very) top "sticky post" has specific mention & recommendations to overcome your issue.

At times the USB cable - connecting PC to the MCU board - has proved suspect.     Switching to one "known good" removes that doubt.

Lack of MCU recognition (alone) is not that common - hopefully these suggestions will speed & ease your 'find" & correction...

I do not understand what you mean

I tried another kit and it is working
but the other kit got only the power but not recognized

Good that - firm/I are huge advocates of, "Employing more than one (new) device - especially for "first time use."

As you've got one kit (assumed to be LPad) working - your download & install of required PC files appears correct.

Is it true that you (earlier) attempted to program that "not recognized" board - and only then did it assume, "Non recognized status?"    (all those boards are tested prior to packing/shipment)

both of them were working but suddenly this one only take power and the green LED is ON

Aha - "were working" is the operative response there.

It is likely that you made one of two possible program errors - which cause such board to be locked out. I remain unsure as to your report of being, "Not recognized."

May I suggest that you read/review the top "sticky post" (atop this forum) which details your issue - and guides to a solution. I connect via different means - thus have not the necessary experience to further guide...
