RTOS/EK-TM4C123GXL: Problems with the USBSerialDevice driver from Ti-RTOS for TivaC v:2.16.00.08

Hi Guys I having problem with the ti-rtos usbSerialDevice that I downloaded from resourse explore.

When I use debug tool and see step by step in the code my comman line stop in this part:

Don't need to be a genius to see the problem it's related with usb connection. However, i don't understand why this problem appear, because my Windows 7 recognize and listed the VirtualCom

So could you guys try to help me?

There are two micro USB connectors on the EK-TM4C123GXL. The Stellaris Virtual Serial Port comes from the debug USB connector (on top of the board). The USB serial device example uses the Device USB micro connector (on the side of the board). Do you have a USB cable connected to the side connector?
