In the spnu540a.pdf [Safety Manual for TMS570LC4357], there is a section :

7.143 CPU Interconnect Hardware Checker

Can you please help me with the Test Method Process related details so that end user can perform this selftest?

I couldn't find any end-user related information which might help me to write the code.

The CPU Interconnect Hardware Checker referenced in section 7.143 of SPNU540 is also described in section 4.3.3 of the TRM SPNU563. There is no end user setup required. Don't confuse this feature with the Execution of Interconnect Self-Test described in section 7.142 of the Safety Manual and section 4.3.4 of the TRM. An example of the Interconnect Self-Test can be found in the Hercules SafeTI Diagnostic Library.
