Hi All,

We are using TM4C1294 with tirtos_tivac. We want to set 1294 into sleep mode to reduce power consumption.

How to setting to switch sleep mode and wake up?

Any information or setting on the same will be really helpful for us.

Hi Arthur,
We don't have a TI-RTOS based sleep mode example for TM4C129 but we do have a non-TI-RTOS example that illustrates sleep mode. Please take a look at the sleep_modes example under <TivaWare_Installation>\examples\boards\ek_tm4c1294xl\sleep_modes.

Hi Charles,
I found that example under TivaWare C.
I #include "driverlib/rom.h" but it seem not used in TI-RTOS project.
Could I use those sleep function(ROM_SysCtlSleep,ROM_SysCtlPeripheralSleepEnable...) in TI-RTOS project?
Or TI-RTOS not supports sleep mode.

Hi Arthur,

I don't think TI-RTOS supports power saving modes for TM4C. I'm not too sure how/if the power saving feature will work with the TI-RTOS.
