Which of these optional features are supported on the TMS470M devices (and if supported, how many)?

Optional blocks on Cortex M3 are FPB, DWT, ITM, TPIU, ETM, MPU, and debug port. What is the TMS470M part number for which you need the debug details?

Anthony,

TMS470MF066 supports ITM, FPB, and DWT modules. It has 6 breakpoints and 2 watchpoints. It also has the trace modules but they are not bonded at the device level.
