LAUNCHXL2-TMS57012: Connection between the two bords

We are trying to connect the TMS57012 to the EM1402EVM. What parts and harness do I need to make the connection possible?

Hello Noel,

From my understanding, you will use UART to read/write data to BQ76 and a GPIO pin to monitor BQ status. You can also use SPI to communicate with BQ EVM.

I'm using the design guide for TMS570 and figure 7 launchpad modification, says to connect the J 4 with pin 39, from FT2322HL and pin 38 with J4-2. Is there a port that does not have to be connected directly to the FT2322HL?
