RM48L952: VCCPLL Abs Max Rating

It appears that an Abs Max voltage rating is not stated on the datasheet for VCCPLL on the RM48L952. Am I to assume that it is the same as Vcc?

Hello Bartlett,

The recommended the range for VCCPLL is 1.14V~1.32V. The typical value is 1.2V. The max rate is the same as VCC.

Hi QJ,

Is the Absolute Maximum of VCCPLL the same as the Absolute maximum of Vcc? i.e. 1.43V

This is what I tried to ask in my first post.

Yes, you are correct. The Absolute Max of VCCPLL is the same as Absolute maximum of Vcc.
