Halcogen "List Conflicts" lists nothing?

I cannot seem to find a Halcogen forum proper to ask this question on...

I am using Halcogen 4.06 and on the PINMUX tab, there is a "List Conflicts"

push button, however when I create a conflict and press the button, no

list appears. What am I not understanding?
