As far as I know, there is not necessarily a pin-to-pin AND functions compatibility from old Stellaris chips to the current TM4C ones. You don't inform what your final goal is, but investing resources into discontinued IC's does not seem to be the best idea. Should you care to discuss your need here, we might be able to give further suggestions...

Only the TM4C123 series had older LM4 part numbers. The TM4C1294 is newer. See this post for LM4S to TM4C123 part numbers:
