RM57L843: some questions about the Interconnect System

Hi, I have some questions that I am not so sure and they are listed below:

Can DMA access all slaves attached to Peripheral Interconnect System via DMA port B?
And does it imply that the DMA-NMPU only controls the access to the slaves on CPU Interconnect System from DMA?
How to do the External Diagnostic Mode for 'Peripheral Interconnect System-NMPU' exactly? to control NTU/DMM to start a transcation to L2SRAM?
How can I make definitely sure that there is not any transcation on the Interconnect? Is there an easy way to check?

Hello Canfoderiskii,

1. Yes. Port A is for L2 flash, L2 SRAM, and EMIF; Port B is for all peripherals and their memories
2. yes, DMA-NMPU only accesses the resources in CPU interconnect subsystem through DMA PortB
3. The section 11.3.2 shows how to do the internal and external diagnostics
4. You have to manually check the status of all the DMA channels (DMASTAT, offset=0x0C)
