TMS570LC4357: etpwm change frequency in runtime

Hi,

we like to use the etpwm module and dont know exactly if it is possible (without any issues) to change the frequency  (TBCLK) at runtime. The idea is to decrease the switching losses of the MOSFETs/IGBTs.
