I am currently designing a project about High quality voice use OPUS Voice Code

But has some question

1.TM4C129X is available for instant compression and decompression？

2.TM4C129X the SSI / SPI has a way to plan to use I2S?

If your need (really) is "high quality" would not an MCU w/"native" (direct/real) support for "I2S" make great sense?
"Bending" a "limited device" into (some) compliance - most always - yields compromised (sub-optimal) results.

Hi Joey,

There is no dedicated hardware for compression/decompression on the MCU. You will need to use the CPU.
