Problems with TI today (TM4C129ENCPDTI3)

I just wanted to quickly verify that our consultant has created a proper footprint for TM4C129ENCPDTI3, for example I wanted to see if there was a ground pad or not.

Well, after 20+ minutes of searching the internet I still didn't have a footprint reference. Every freakin' part out there has a footprint reference in the datasheet or some kind of PDF that is easily found. In the case of TI I finally realized I needed to download this bxl file which of course my PC can't open. So now I have to download this tool that looks to be from 1995 that is giving me errors about Microsoft .NET framework. When finally installed this tool is very cumbersome. I can't even use the usual zoom methods. When I try to look at the silkscreen layer for example it is still showing the pads too.

Basically I appreciate the effort to have one format for all. If you want to use something that is very old and cumbersome, that is fine. The only thing that I request is that you also have a simple PDF footprint drawing, just like all the other manufacturers do, that is easily found too. I'm reviewing a PCB and I'm trying to make quick work of this and get on with life.

This is just a suggestion to TI.

PS: This forum did not accept the part number TM4C129ENCPDTI3, said the part number was not recognized.
