  • Hello Soundarajan,

Is this post at all related to a nearly duplicate post at this link: e2e.ti.com/.../619868 If it is can we close this thread and track the issue through the other thread? It is possible for you to subscribe to it to watch and participate with the discussion/problem resolution. Otherwise, I have also forwarded your post to one of our bootloader experts.
  • Dear Sir,

  • Hello Soundarajan,

Can you provide more details of the failure. In other words, when the flash erase and flash write routines are called, what are the error status code returned from those functions? Have you reviewed the bootloader application note and accompanying code? In other similar posts I see that they are attempting to use an older version located on our wiki page. Please use the code associated with the application note. The application note is located at this link: www.ti.com/.../spna190

Finally, I apologize for the delays in providing support on this topic. For the past week we have been dealing with Hurricane Harvey and the associated rains and record flooding. Our local office has been closed for the past week and will not reopen until Tuesday, Sept. 5th. This makes it very difficult to followup with our experts and translate that into a consolidated answer on these forums. Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation as we work to get back to normal support levels.
