CCS/DK-TM4C129X: "USB Not recognized" and sometimes showing "Target error, Frequency out of range"

Are you trying to flash firmware with CCS through the Debugger USB port when the issue occurs?

Are your drivers up-to-date? Can you try and see if the LM Flash Programmer gives you any better success?

Yes we are trying to flash firmware through CCS,

drivers updated.

we tried with LM Flash programmer but USB is not recognizing.

we are getting following errors continuously. kindly suggest us to fix this issue.

CORTEX_M4_0: Error: Debug Port error occurred.
CORTEX_M4_0: Trouble Halting Target CPU
CORTEX_M4_0: Error: Debug Port error occurred.
CORTEX_M4_0: Trouble Halting Target CPU
CORTEX_M4_0: Error
CORTEX_M4_0: Error: Timed out while waiting for target powerup/polling a hardware resource.
CORTEX_M4_0: Error: Connection with the target was unexpectedly lost.

Hello Shaithanya,

Have you verified the jumpers for J3 are all populated? This is as shown on Page 1 of www.ti.com/.../spmu361.pdf

Also can you verify if the Power Select jumper is being set correctly and Power LED's plus the iCDI Power LED are all lit? Again follow image on Page 1 of above document for references on where those power LEDs are.

                         J3 all populated correctly . Also verified power select Jumper, which is populated correct. Power LED'S and ICDI LED'S glowing properly.

Hello Shaithanya,

Can you take a picture of the entire DK board with the USB cable attached (so I can see power LED's)?

I will then try to duplicate your exact setup on my own board and see if I can re-create the issue at all.
