I am looking for a document or tutorial that helps me to set up multi slave configuration using mibspi. I have RM48 as master and ADS1120 and ADC128 as slaves.

Here is an application note on using the MibSPI, but it is probably more detail than you need right now. In the case of the two peripherals you mentioned, the interface is easy. Use 4-pin mode tying SPICLK, SIMO and SOMI to both devices in parallel, but give each device its own SPInCS.
