TM4C129ENCPDT: TM4C129ENCPDTI3R

Part Number: TM4C129ENCPDT

Purchased the part from Mouser, this product sustained damage during during the reflow process evident from xray preformed. I was told as the time of purchase my order was delayed due to Mouser needing to bake the part. Looking for answer on this, Mouser says contact TI and TI says contact Mouser. Please advise. Thanks

  • Hi Cynthia,
Sorry that you haven't been able to get a resolution on this. I don't know exactly how the return is handled but I think you should return it to Mouser first and they will return to TI. But let me find our quality folks so they can better answer how this is supposed to be handled.
  • Hi Cynthia,

Talking to our quality folks, the bake and reflow are different issues. Did Mouser do the bake only? Did you do the reflow? If the units were re-baked at Mouser but done incorrectly this could cause a popcorning event but that would be seen by C-SAM and not x-ray. Can you please provide the symbolization of the part so we could continue the investigation?
