Hello.

I am using the Launchxl-TMS57004 in my project and was going through the schematics to get a better understanding of the board. What is the purpose of XC2C32A-6CP56C chip used in the LaunchPad? Also is there a design guide that i can refer to understand the various componenets used in the LaunchPad.

    Hello Kartik,

    The device in question, XC2C32A-6CP56C \, is part of the built-in XDS100v2 emulator. For more information, you can get the luanchpad schematics and BOM from within a TI Design that utilizes this Launchpad. The TI Design is located at this link: www.ti.com/.../TIDM-TMS570BMS

    Note that the schematic references the RM42 device but they are the same board and pinout as the TMS57004 Launchpad.
