TM4C123GH6PM: Timer Problem

Part Number: TM4C123GH6PM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SW-DRL

Dear all,

I'm new to Tiva programing,

I want to use a Timer for each time I enable it will have different load value.
which mode should I use and which function I would call in other to have different load value of a timer?

Thanks in advance.

  • Creating, "different timer periods" is NOT limited by "timer modes!"

While those "helping" could invest time/energy in "Listing the performance achieved via "Different Timer Modes" - would not (your) discovery of that prove more proper?    Especially as, "No indication of your objective" - beyond changed timer periods - has been provided!

The MCU Manual has an entire chapter devoted to Timers.    That's a most necessary beginning for you.

In addition - the "SW-DRL User Guide" - provides highly detailed explanation of the "many" Timer functions - which will prove of immense help to your objective...

These ARM Timers are extremely capable - that capability "demands" your investment of time/effort to gain basic understanding...
