The repetition of your MCU Part number w/in your "Headline/Subject Line" is not particularly effective in, "Drawing Eyes to your post" - is it?

You HAVE explained your need nicely - yet your "headline" will discourage "all but the most determined" to "Open your post so that they gain (some) understanding of "What you seek."

Firm/I do not use energia - you do not state if your PWM is created via MCU's (powerful) PWM Generators or from a "simple Timer" - configured into PWM Output mode.

Via your MCU's long-standing API - there are simple & direct functions which enable precise control of PWM frequency - yet more importantly - the PWM's Duty Cycle - such is of (some) interest/importance to you - is it not?

I understand Energia has it's own forum. You'd have more expertise available there.
