But for me is hard to understand.

I have make an application using the USB connectivity from the TM4C129 in windows, but now is time to move into Linux, from where should I begin??
First I want to know if I am going to use the same usb driver, also , Is there any code modification for the MCU? and I am going to use the same code for the PC as in windows?
I am using Ubuntu 14
Thanks in advance, I am sorry if my question is not very specifc, but I do no really know how to handle this USB drivers and variations between two diferent OS.
