Part Number: TM4C129XNCZAD
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TUSB1210
Hi team,
We have a customer that has found some slight discrepancy in with regards to using ULPI.
I will copy that below as its well written.
Please let me know your thoughts.
Thanks,
Billy

I want to use the ULPI capability on the TM4C129XNCZAD to interface with a USB PHY (TUSB1210 IC) in order to achieve high speed USB communication.
-> Looking at table 25-1 in the TM4C129XNCZAD datasheet, the DIR and NXT signals are outputs, but in the USB PHY, these signals are also outputs. Is this a typo in the TM4C129XNCZAD datasheet or is there a way to configure these pins on the TM4C129XNCZAD as inputs instead of outputs?
-> Also, I saw that USB0CLK can be configured as an input on the TM4C129XNCZAD, but table 25-1 says it is an output only. Is this a typo in table 25-1 as well? I just want to verify that I am designing the correct solution for our product.
-> Is there a recommended IC to be used for high speed USB applications?
