Do anyone have .hcg or .dil file for the 144 pin LQFP of LS3137? Am trying for Ethernet + CAN product. When I enable the EMAC through Halcogen, am getting a 43MHz clock out of the PHY. The PCB design was followed as per the HDK kit with the LQFP package.

Anything else to be taken care in the LWIP or Phy driver specific to LQFP package?

Hello Unmai,

The only difference is the pinmux. Which mode do you use: MII or RMII? The clock to the PHY (DP8364) needs to be either 25Mhz or 50MHz, and it's output (if enabled) uses the input clock as the source.

Thanks Wang. It was the Clock to PHY. It was not 25MHz, adjusted the PLL to give out 25MHz from uC as reference clock. Its working now.
