I'd like to know if there's a guide line on how to combine wolfSSL and TI-RTOS in order to obtain a starting framework on which I can develop some application like Samba.

We have examples and directions in the User Guide in TI-RTOS for TivaC.

I bed your pardon, but I don't see any arguments about Network files system on TI-RTOS User guide.

Can you be a more precise?

Sorry, I was referring to tirtos_tivac_2_16_01_14/docs/Users_Guide.pdf section 1.10. This is just about WolfSSL though. For more advanced features with WolfSSL, you'll need to contact them directly.
