TMS470MF06607: PWM output on TMS470 MCU

Hi,

I am using TI Hercules series MCU TMS470MF06607 in one of our design. I have hardware related query on PWM output pins (HET as PWM output). Does adding a pull up resistor of 10kohm on HET pin affect the PWM switching speed or duty cycle. I am driving a high side switch using the PWM output pin HET02 with PWM frequency up to 50kHz.
