Hi Champion

My customer have question about below data need your comments:

1. Terase_bank7 timing is from 0.2s~8s, they want to know why the erase timing so different? And this timing is erase the whole Bank7 right?

2. For bank7, in -10℃ ~40℃， whether have the timing of erase 1 sector, programming 1 sector, and read 1 sector?

    Eric,

    Over time the Flash cells will degrade and slow the time it takes to erase and program them. The timings listed provide the worst case time at the end of life across temperature, voltage, and process. We do not have data outside of the scenarios listed above.
