In RM46L852 datasheet, both untrimmed and trimmed frequency range of HF LPO are written but the trimmed frequency range of LF LPO is not written, any relevant data of LF LPO is available?
Basically I would like to know how accurate I can achieve by trimming the LF LPO by LFTRIM register and also by DCC module Single-Shot Measurement Mode.
Besides, I would like to know about the frequency variation of LF LPO against temperature.
