Hello Hank,

The XRM48L952 is a pre-production version of the device and 100% test is not guaranteed. The definition of this is in the device datasheet..

These parts are no longer orderable. They are only avaialble during early device development and internal evaluation and development by early adopters.

As I stated in my prior post, the XRM48Lxxx devices are no longer produced since we have entered full production. The 'X' denotes an early engineering version that was not full tested and for experimental use only.
