Hi !

I use EK-TM4C1294XL launchpad and TivaWare_C_Series-2.1.4.178 with CCSV7.3.0.

I am trying usb_dev_cserial example but it does not work.

I am not able to upgrade drivers for com port from tivaware windows_drivers folders.Following r the screenshot:-

Pl.let me how to upgrade drivers.

Are you using a Windows 10 machine? If you do please download the updated usb drivers patch.

Hello Charles !

I am using Windows 7 machine.Still I have already done above steps as per forum answers seen but w.o success.

usb_dev_bulk example runs successfully with tm4c1294launchpad.

Can you take screenshot of your device manager.

I first run the usb_dev_cserial example on a Windows 7 machine. I then plug in the usb cable between the PC and the LaunchPad device USB port. I assume you have usb device port plugged in addition to the Stellaris usb debug port pluggin, right?

After I inserted the usb cable to the launchpad usb device port I will see three COM ports on the device manager. Do you see this?

Hi Charles!

It is my mistake.I was giving wrong path for drivers installation.I was giving C:/ti/TivaWare-for-C-Series/windows_drivers/win2K instead of

C:/ti/TivaWare-for-C-Series/windows_drivers.Now ,problem is solved.
