Please, has anyone used TIVA with Kentec K430WQA-V4-F (480 x RGB x 272 Dots 4.3 ") display ?

I am not aware of anyone at TI using that display. The Graphics library that comes with TivaWare (C:\ti\TivaWare_C_Series-2.1.4.178\grlib) can be configured for different size displays. You would need to rewrite the driver routines. An example driver file is: C:\ti\TivaWare_C_Series-2.1.4.178\examples\boards\dk-tm4c123g\drivers\cfal96x64x16.c

And do you know if there is any prevision to develop the library for the 4.3" (480 x RGB x 272 Dots) or 5" (800 x RGB x 480 Dots) Kentec Display?

There is an older post about someone using a 800 x 480 display, but it looks like they did not use GRLIB.
