We are designing TMS570LS0714 with TPS65381Q for OBC application

Could you kindly help to provide TMS570LS0714 + TPS65381's reference design schematic ?

If reference design have CAN BUS circuit it will be better

Hello Hsiao,

We don't have a reference design using TMS570LS0714 and TPS65381. The TPS65381 was used on TMS570LS12x control card as the power supply. The control card was discontinued. TMS570LS12x(144 pins) and TMS570LS0714 (144 pins) are pin to pin compatible. Here are the links for the schematics of the control card, and the application note of interfacing TPS65381 with TMS570 MCU:

If I follow TMS570LS12x's reference design and change to use from LS12x to LS0714
Have anything I need to take care for H/W schematic ?

Hello Kai,

Please pay attention to the package used on the control card. LS12x supports 144-pin PGE package and 3367-pin BGA package. The control card uses BGA package. LS0714 supports 144-pin PGE package and 100-pin PZ package. You need to map the signals used on control card to PGE package.
