Could you please provide port pin assignment or multiplexing tool for TMS570LC4357. Any reference design for TMS570 based EV inverter motor control would be a great help.

The IO configuration is achieved in the HALCoGen tool. For each module with GPIO capability, you can configure the pins as either function or as GPIO. If configured as GPIO, The details such as pull control, direction, initial value, etc can be configured on the port tab.
PINMUX configuration can be completed on the PINMUX tab as shown below:
