In our design, the RM48L952DZWTT is connected to an ethernet switch KSZ8864 device.
We noticed that at some very specific temperature range ( -12C to 0C) we have many Ethernet packet loss. At lower temperature ( < -20C) and at higher temperature >0C, everything works fine.
By looking at the Ethernet switch, we can see that there is many RxFragment and CRCError associated to the RMII port where the RM48L952DZWTT is connected.
By looking at the signals with the oscilloscope, we can see that setup and hold time are met on both sides (RM48 and KSZ8864).
What could lead to have many RxFragment, RXCrcError and Packet loss on RMII interface ?
Is there a document that describes the RMII protocole, I would like to analyse RMII interface.
