TMS570LC4357: PBIST: erroneous RDS value in RAMT register

We made some debug around PBIST controller and it seems that bit 23 of RAMT register in the PBIST controller is stuck to 1.

Our scenario involves testing the L2RAMW, which according to 2-5 of TMS570LC4357 TRM the RDS value should be among 1, 6, 11, 16, 21 or 26. In the case the algorithm selected is not supported for the memory, the RGS:RDS value read in RAMT is 0x0781, which gives RGS:7 and RDS:1 if bit 23 is replaced by 0.

Same scenario with a valid algorithm for L2RAMW: at the end of the test, without error detected, the RGS:RDS value read in RAMT register is 0x209A, which gives RGS:32 and RDS:26 if we replace bit 23 by 0.
