My customer would like to understand which features each of the LBIST intervals covers. Could we provide this document?

    Hello Francois,

    This is not how the intervals are allocated. They will cover the CPU based on a percentage of coverage but the intervals do not target any one element within the CPU. The tests implemented for the LBIST are covered by "stuck at" and ATPG (automated test pattern generator) tests. The datasheet provides details of what percentage of the CPU is covered by each interval and the overall accumulated coverage. By sequentially executing the intervals we can specify that >90% of the CPU has been tested.
