TMS570LC4357: EQEPxERR and Tz4n

Part Number: TMS570LC4357

Hello,

We are currently using the eQEP module and not using the ePWM module in the TMS570LC4357.

As describe in the datasheet section 7.3.2, the eQEP module sets the EQEPERR signal output whenever a phase error is detected in its inputs EQEPxA and EQEPxB.

This error signal from both the eQEP modules is input to the connection selection multiplexer for all of ePWMx modules.

How we ensure that if ePWM is deactivated, the eQEP error signal output (EQEPxERR) for Tz4n cannot wake up the ePWM module ?

Best regards,

Christopher
