i am facing a issue to the usage of energia software to upload program to my microcontroller tm4c129encpdt "error connecting the target. frequency out of range" is there a problem related to drives should i install any drive softwares????

Impossible to tell. Usually wrong clock setting or jtag pins reused, .....

More likely that JTAG pins were "Re-Purposed." Re-Use proves "normal/customary" - does it not?

Hello Sushma,

As Danny/cb1 alluded to, it sounds like something has impacted the JTAG functionality for your device. Please see this post on how to restore your device again: e2e.ti.com/.../310876

Note that you may need to do the unlock procedure a second time for it to work due to Errata Item MEM#16.

After unlocking, if the issue occurs again, you'll need to review your code to ensure the clock settings are correct and the JTAG pins aren't being re-purposed.
