SDO pin? Do you mean an SSI data output pin when you say that? If so, which pin and which SSI Module are you using? Are you observing this with a TI example, or your own code? Do you know if the behavior only occurs with DMA enabled, or does it also occur when DMA is not used?

Yeah I meant SSI data output pin. I am using SSI0 and in the microcontroller port A pin 4 is taken. I am observing with my own code. I didn't try by disabling DMA.

Hello Sandra,

When you mean by default, do you mean on peripheral initialization or after data transfer? If after data transfer, is the SSI data output just retaining the last state it was in? I.E. if transmitted 0x11, it stays high, but 0x22 is stays low?

Also, is there a negative impact to this behavior for your application, or is this just a general question? I haven't found any complaints akin to your own in my attempted searches yet, so it doesn't appear like this has been an issue for any other users.
