It remains unclear why so many posters end up in this forum with a custom PCB that EMAC0 fails.
Our custom PCB even has TX/RX traces both foil sides. However the length of each differential pair was made almost identical and VIA kept to even numbers and minimal. Also used 1uf caps versus 0.1uf following the recommendations for separate rail power traces feeding the Pulse XFMR. Many times rallied around that suggestion absent any response from several posters.
Following the TM4C129x System Design guidelines (SPMA056–October 2013) seems to have paid off....
