I have to use the EMI interface for connecting high volume NAND. Apart from that is it possible to accommodate NVRAM & SDRAM, both in the same processor ?? If yes, what are the possibilities of interfacing ??

Hi Shyam,
TMS570LS3137 supports both synchronous memory (SDRAM) and asynchronous memory (NOR, SRAM, NVRAM, NAND). TMS570LS3137 has 1 chip select for SDRAM, and 3 chip selects for asynch memories. The maximum size of memory supported by CS0 is 128MB, and 16MB for CS2/3/4.
