I need to work on this TMS570LS0432 micro controller,but i have not worked on this before,i have doubt on this ,like how to program and configure the voltages and all.please find below question and just tell me how to start,thank you
question:
1. Write a program to read voltages and manage the balancing function of the Battery Management System (B.M.S). This balancing function is activated only when the cell with the highest voltage crosses 4V and balance the cells so that they are within 20mV of the average voltage. The BMS is used to balance a battery pack with 28 Li-ion cells in series.
